小麦粉から作ったクッキーの形のローテイー を作ります。ではシンディーロリです。 材料: 小麦粉1カップ 生クリーム お塩 白ゴマ 黒ゴマ Makes 12 small INGREDIENTS- 1 Cup wheat flour Cream Salt White and black sesame seeds METHOD- Knead the wheat flour with salt and cream into a pliable dough. Roll out into a single thick roti. cut out small rounds with the help of a cookie cutter. Use sesame seeds to decorate on side of the rounds. Place these rounds of dough on a pre heated grller and roast them until you get a light brown colour.
