Tartar with salmon and nachos is a nice combination of European classics with Mexican street food. The result is quick, easy and delicious.

Salmon Tartare Nacho Style


300 g salmon
1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp minced shallot
White pepper
Olive oil
Soy sauce to taste
Nacho chips


Cut salmon into small cubes. Place in a medium bowl, combine with capers, finely chop onion. Dress with soy sauce and olive oil. Season with white pepper. Serve on nacho chips, sprinkle with greens
