  3. I made the whole thing and had it in the oven, when I looked down at the
    counter top and saw the Taco Seasoning packet sitting there….unopened!
    haha. I sprinkled it into the lasagna but I messed up the layers! So, now
    I think its more of a casserole…hahaha OOPS! PS…I lost 3.4 pounds this
    week! woohoo!

    to try this Mexican Lasagne recipe and I wondered how much chicken is
    needed if we make our own rather than buy the breast strips.

  13. The Knorr brand rice sides mix in taco rice flavour has a layered casserole
    recipe on back of package and its made with only a few tortillas. Its
    delicious and with low fat cheese its really low cal 🙂
